We are in need of a Training Delivery Lead who will spearhead the implementation and delivery of training projects with Future Perfect clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive corporate training experience as well as a working background in project management, dealing with cross-functional/remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:

The Employee’s duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Training Delivery

• Deliver high quality training that meets or exceeds client expectations

• Be able to deliver agent level training with excellent results

• Develop the capability to deliver TTT/ coach training effectively

Project Management

• Plan and implement effective projects with attention to detail and effective contingency planning

• Manage the quality, timelines and personnel to achieve project milestones and deliverables

BUPLAS Assessment

• Be accredited in all areas of BUPLAS

• Be able to deliver BUPLAS training to new clients

• Be able to assist in the development BUPLAS infrastructure products

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a 4-year university degree, preferably related to Communication or Business Management

• Extensive experience with training delivery in both virtual, face-to-face, and blended modes, needs analysis, and course evaluation

• Experience with English language and cross-cultural awareness training

• Flexibility with schedules, including night shift, and travel to client sites for training and consultancy activities

• Able to travel to client sites when needed for onsite consultancy work and training delivery

• Very good communication and negotiation skills

• Preferably with project management experience, working with cross-functional teams in the BPO or training industry
