Team Lead – Language Assessments
Future Perfect’s global management team is looking for a team lead to manage its expanding team of language assessors. The role of this team leader is to manage the assessment handling, quality, and performance reporting of the team as it conducts assessment service for FP’s global clients. The team consists of people located in India (Hyderabad/Bangalore) and Philippines (Manila).
The Employee’s duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage team workload on a flexible basis to ensure that client needs are processed, including shift schedules and planned overtime for the team.
Daily liaison with clients by face to face and phone to plan needs
Conduct assessments after certification
Ensure that team calibration is carried out regularly and documented
Produce monthly reports for clients and analyses of performance
Oversee Language Assessment team located in India and Philippines
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams/individuals to ensure smooth team operations on a day-to-day basis and effective collaboration
Experience in corporate environment and/or contact center language testing, managing virtual team an advantage
Background in Education, English, Humanities, Psychology, or any related field
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Strong leadership and decision making skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Able to work proactively, flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment, with minimal supervision
Able to work full-time (at client site), 5 days per week, which may include Saturdays
Able to be assigned in Bannerghatta Main Road, Bangalore, India
