As a part of Quality & Implementation, you will be involved in a range of projects with new and existing clients in BPOs and multinationals around the world. Your primary role will be to act as a consultant, evaluating our clients’ or prospective clients’ practices when it comes to communication and demonstrating the expertise Future Perfect can offer. You will be working in a corporate, office environment, but with opportunities in language assessment delivery and design, training delivery, curriculum design, and research. The role is varied and requires flexibility in terms of hours and approach, and would suit someone who likes to be challenged and is looking to develop their project management and consultancy skills. We encourage people to work across departments and to share their expertise, meaning we collaborate closely with each other and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

The Employee’s duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

1- PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Planning and implementing projects within project management guidelines, and with effective contingency planning.

2- BUPLAS ASSESSMENT

  • Conducting BUPLAS assessments within FP standards and guidelines

  • Proactively identifying recommendations for improvements to BUPLAS products and approaches (Visit www.buplas.com for details)

3- CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT 

  • Developing curriculum (this can include e-learning curriculum) that is aligned with FP principles and that is based on needs analysis

4- COACHING & TRAINING DELIVERY 

  • Delivering coaching and training (for different levels) that meets or exceeds client expectations and are within FP Standards and guidelines

5- CONSULTANCY & RESEARCH 

  • Evaluating company practices relating to communication assessment, training and development using quantitative and qualitative research methodology

  • Proactively identifying opportunities and recommendations for improvements

  • Proactively identifying new areas of research/ studies to complement existing research and be involved in data gathering/ write-ups

6- CLIENT MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING 

  • Supporting Business Development in consultancy sales – e.g. listening to prospective and existing client needs, and demonstrating how FP solutions can help address those needs

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management and client relations in a corporate environment preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in education and/or the BPO industry, specifically in at least one of the following areas: assessments, coaching, training delivery, or curriculum design. Applicants with Training experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree desirably in Education or Applied Linguistics or related field

  • Qualification in English language training or teaching (e.g. CELTA, TESOL) desired

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English

  • Strong team player – highly collaborative

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Able to work proactively, flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment

  • Able to be based in Manila, Philippines (Makati City)
