$50 per month

Indulge yourself with a futureperfect MedSpa Membership and enjoy your choice of a monthly micropeel or microdermabrasion with a rejuvenating mask plus receive a 20% discount on all additional medical
spa treatments.

One-time initiation fee of $50 includes a thorough skin analysis with both visible and ultraviolet light spectrums.

FitSpa Memberships

$99 per month

Shape your body using our technology-driven programs. futureperfect FitSpa Memberships include 16 monthly Slimdome™ and Vybe™ sessions plus all the benefits of our MedSpa Membership.

One-time initiation fee of $150 includes:

• Full Body Analysis
• Body Mass Index (BMI) reading
• Metabolic Rate Testing (as seen on Oprah)
• Initial Vybe training with a personal trainer
• Circumference measurements
• Photodocumentation
