Kevin R. Stahl, D.O., P.A. - Medical Director

Kevin R. Stahl, D.O., P.A. is medical director for the futureperfect™ Medical Spa & Fitness Spa at Lakeside Market in Plano, Texas.

Stahl is responsible for providing medical supervision of the center’s operations, including clearing clients to participate in futureperfect™ programs, answering their health-related questions, monitoring their progress and administering injectables. Stahl works closely with the center’s registered dietitian and staff to ensure client success.

Prior to joining futureperfect™, Stahl was the Medical Director of Medical Cosmetic & Laser Institute of Southeast Texas. In addition to aesthetic medicine, he ran a private family practice clinic and worked at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Southeast Texas.

Stahl graduated from Texas A & M University and earned his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Courtney Gibson - Center Director

Courtney Gibson is center director for the futureperfect™ Total Body Management Center at LakeSide Market in Plano, Texas.

Gibson is responsible for the comfort and safety of each futureperfect client, working closely with the center’s physician, registered dietitian and staff. Gibson also is in charge of monitoring and tracking client results.

Gibson joined MedSurge Advances in 2006 to work with physicians in developing and implementing marketing plans for their medical spas. Prior to MedSurge Advances, Gibson managed a successful laser and skin clinic in Plano. Gibson also has served as a traveling consultant for Lancôme.

Originally from Allen, Texas, Gibson graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She and her husband reside in Plano.

Heidi Straight - Assistant Clinical Manager

Heidi Straight is the assistant clinical manager for the futureperfect™ Total Body Management Center at LakeSide Market in Plano, TX.

Working closely with the center’s director, Straight also tends to the comfort and safety of each futureperfect center client. Straight is also responsible for community relations and networking in the North Dallas area, educating women of the benefits of futureperfect.

Straight joined MedSurge Advances in 2007 to work with physicians in developing and implementing marketing plans for their medical spas. Prior to MedSurge Advances, Straight opened and managed two successful medical aesthetics practices in Las Colinas and in Frisco.

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Heidi Straight graduated from Pima Community College in 2003 with an Associates of Arts degree. Straight played collegiate softball at Pima Community College in Tucson and won two NJCAA Softball Championships as a pitcher

Robin Yeager — Marketing Manager

Robin Yeager is the Marketing Manager for the futureperfect™ Total Body Management Center at Lakeside Market in Plano, Texas.

Yeager is responsible for new client recruitment, implementing marketing and public relations efforts, and increasing brand awareness.

Yeager joined MedSurge Advances in May of 2007 as a Meeting and Training Coordinator, and was responsible for coordinating and managing Dallas based workshops designed to help physicians successfully open and operate medical spas. Prior to MedSurge Advances, Yeager, who has several years of coordinating and marketing experience, was a Director of Special Events for Hope Cottage Pregnancy & Adoption Center- an 88 year-old Dallas based non-profit agency.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Yeager graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s in Communication Studies & Public Relations. She and her husband reside in Dallas.

Jennifer Carroll — Procedure Specialist

Jennifer Carroll is a Procedure Specialist for futureperfect™ Total Body Management Center at Lakeside Market in Plano, Texas.

Carroll is responsible for educating futureperfect™ clients about the benefits and proper use of the center’s core treatment technologies, including Acoustic Wave Therapy™, Slimdome™, Vybe™, and MesoMassage™.

Originally from Dallas Texas, Carroll graduated from the Paul Mitchell Partner School of Cosmetics and is a Licensed Aesthetician.

Alicia Knight — Aesthetician/Procedure Specialist

Alicia Knight is an Aesthetician/Procedure Specialist for futureperfect™ Total Body Management Center at Lakeside Market in Plano, Texas.

Knight is responsible for educating futureperfect™ clients about the benefits and proper use of the center’s core treatment technologies, including Acoustic Wave Therapy™, Slimdome™, Vybe™, and MesoMassage™.

Knight joined futureperfect in 2007 to work as an Aesthetician. She administers fat and cellulite treatments along with medical spa procedures such as Laser Hair Reduction, Intense Pulse Light (IPL), Micropeels, and Spider Vein treatments. Prior to futureperfect, Knight managed and expanded a childcare program for the Dallas YMCA.

Originally from Eagar, Arizona, Knight graduated from Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona with an Associates Degree in General studies. She went on to receive her Cosmetology Degree at Bon Losee Academy of Hair Artistry and Aesthetics in Provo, Utah. She then returned again two years later and doubled her license as a Master Aesthetician.
