body refinement program™

Designed to help you maintain your body shape, this program provides ongoing guidance and support that helps you “be your own perfect”. This 12-week Body Refinement Program is for women who have completed one of the futureperfect™ programs and want to maintain their own “perfect”.

As a participant in the Body Refinement Program, you’ll visit the futureperfect™ center twice a month. At each session you’ll meet one-on-one with the Registered Dietitian to refine your meal planning habits and measure your ongoing success. Then, based on your needs at that time, the Dietitian will choose a technology you will use during that session to help you stay on track.

You will also have unlimited access to attend weekly Support Network nutrition classes presented by the Registered Dietitian as well, to help you maintain your new futureperfect™ lifestyle.
